Privacy

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone and — for shipped orders — your delivery address.
• Event signups: your name, email and optionally a phone number, so we can check you in and tell you if an event moves.
• Buylist submissions: your contact details, the list of cards you sent, and any photos you attached.

We do not create customer accounts, so there is no password to lose and no browsing profile tied to you.

Card details

We never see your card. Online payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own hosted checkout — your card number is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what they hold.

Where it lives

Order, event and buylist data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Access is restricted to shop staff, who authenticate individually. Uploaded buylist photos are stored privately and are not publicly readable.

What we do with it

Fulfil your order, run the event, and answer your buylist submission. We'll email you about your specific order or signup. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you bought something.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, because tax rules require it. Event registrations are deleted about a year after the event. Buylist submissions we didn't act on are deleted after 90 days.

Your choices

Email hello@sleevedandslabbed.exampleand ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 30 days. The exception is completed order records we're legally required to retain — we'll tell you exactly what those are.

Cookies

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie we read. Stripe sets its own cookies on their checkout page for fraud prevention. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
